We do pride ourselves on postage and packing and have had many happy customers with our service.

We do recommend that if you are purchasing more than 1 item at any time that you wait for the invoice before payment to cover any reduced p+p especially for overseas shipping as strict size and weight limits must be monitored.

However, if the package is not standard - i.e. is overweight or oversized (as detailed below), I will have to contact you to discuss the best course of action.

• All First class, Standard parcels and Airmail packages are insured as standard for a maximum of £34 GBP by the Royal mail. If your purchase (including postage) is worth more than this, we advise that extra insurance be purchased - this will be advised at the time of acknowledgement.
• Overseas packages for Airmail are limited in both size and weight - the overall dimensions (height+width+depth) must not exceed 90cm and the weight must not be over 2kg. If a multiple order can be split into 2 or more packages, this will be advised at the time of acknowledgement. If the order can not be split, it must be sent via Parcelforce Worldwide which is much more expensive.
